Reception الاستقبال
The patient arrives, the secretary types the name: the patient is in the queue, ticket printed. The doctor calls the next one with a single button.
Consultation الاستشارة
Allergies, history, long-term treatments and the latest vital signs stay on screen throughout the visit. The sheet is the one for your specialty, and you adapt it.
Prescription الوصفة
Pick the medicine from the national nomenclature and build the dosage with the buttons: the Arabic translation writes itself and prints under the French.
Cash desk الصندوق
When the consultation ends, the patient shows up at the front desk. One key: the visit is recorded as paid in cash, at the practice's fee.

The measurements taken during consultations draw the charts: nothing is typed twice. You say when to see the patient again, the front desk books the appointment.
The day's appointments feed the queue. The day before, the reminder goes out by WhatsApp or SMS, message already written.
Patients seen, income, peak hours, median wait: the practice on one screen.
Each user picks their language: the secretary in Arabic, the doctor in French.
Eleven templates in French and Arabic: sick leave, assault and injury certificate with days of incapacity, premarital, fitness, school… Numbered, with a register.

A practice's records are visible to that practice only. Every time a record is opened, changed or printed, it is logged.
Nothing to install: the application opens in the browser. An Internet outage does not log you out, and the consultation in progress is kept on the device.
